Kind regards, Moon Magic ### ★☆☆☆☆ I found moon magic about 5 years ago… - Taylor Sherman · 2026-10-19 I found moon magic about 5 years ago and fell in love. A specific raw moonstone set caught my eye so me and my husband purchased it. (I dont remember the exact price but it was quite expensive) The ring was beyond beautiful but after a year or so, the main stone fell out while I was out of the house and I didn't notice until I was home and there was no chance of finding it. I was so upset and thought maybe it was possible it was my fault because I wore it every single day. We ended up purchasing the exact full set for a second time. I was definitely more careful the second time around and made sure to not wear it when sleeping, showering, etc. which did make it last longer but once again the main stone fell out and I wasn't able to locate it. I emailed Moon Magic explaining all of this. They asked for proof of purchase and photographs. I provided the photos as well as the email address used when I purchased the first ring, but my husband purchased it the second time and he has had numerous emails and we aren't able to find the one he used when purchasing this item. Because of this, moon magic responded saying its been too long and since we cant locate the second proof of purchase they are essentially disregarding my situation. I have spent years referring people to this company and singing their praises, but the way they have responded to this has made me lose any and all love I have for moon magic and their products. I have other pieces of jewelry from them that I dont even care to wear anymore. I understand policies and that a refund may not be an option but the fact that I have been a long time repeat customer and they couldn't show even an once of remorse or compassion tells me they are a company I dont want to stand behind. If you are in need of a beautiful piece of jewelry that will fall apart after 1-2 years of use then this company is for you! Otherwise, I recommend going with one of the many other companies that offer similar products. Very disappointed > 商家回复 (2026-10-20): Hello Taylor, Thank you for being a part of the Moon Magic community over the years. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience with your Raw Crystal Moonstone Ring, especially after purchasing the set twice and enjoying our jewelry for so long. We understand how upsetting it must have been to lose the main stone on both occasions, and we’re sorry that this experience has affected your trust in us. Although the original ring is no longer available in any size and the order falls outside our two-year warranty period, we didn’t want to leave your concerns unaddressed. After looking into your case, we’re glad we could offer a gift card as a gesture of goodwill. We recognize that this doesn’t undo the disappointment you’ve experienced, but we hope it demonstrates that we value you as a customer and appreciate the years you’ve spent supporting our brand. Thank you for sharing your feedback and giving us the opportunity to look into your situation. We hope to have the chance to restore some of your confidence in Moon Magic in the future. Kind regards, Moon Magic ### ★★★★★ Great deals and everything looks… - Amanda Lee · 2026-10-18 Great deals and everything looks dazzling! Can't wait to see all the pieces in person. > 商家回复 (2026-10-19): Hello Amanda, Thank you so much for your lovely feedback!
