I contacted your support team via email to request shipping instructions and a refund, and I received a prompt response within 24 hours. Your representative, Tina, initially offered to have the dress resized. When I declined that option, she kindly offered to replace the dress with an alternative item of my choice at no additional cost, with Mooyius absorbing the replacement expenses. After a few email exchanges regarding current stock availability, we finalized an alternative selection. The replacement item was shipped within 48 hours of reaching this decision, and the support team promptly provided a tracking number for verification. I am very satisfied with this final outcome and appreciate your team's efficiency and excellent communication. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Clothes different to pictures and bad returns/refunds - df · 2026-10-23 I ordered a 2 piece outfit which arrived and was not only different to the pictures on the website but too small so i asked to send it back. They took a while to reply and after a lot of two and forth they gave me an address in China to send it back to. Not worth it. Bad quality clothes for the prices. At the same time (september) i ordered another dress, paid a good amount for quick delivery only to be told after i paid that it is out of stock likely until the end of November.
