Being a one-man show means I’m running customer service, packing orders, and dodging spam texts all day. I swear, if I accidentally reply to one wrong message, my entire week turns into listening to voicemails about my car’s extended warranty or political campaign promises! Really appreciate your support—it makes dodging the robots worth it! (2026-08-02): With all the hype about diet drugs it's nice to see someone appreciates a little FATTER for cheaper. (2026-07-18): Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! It’s truly the best thing a customer can do to help an online business, and I'm really glad you enjoyed the extras! Interestingly enough, under certain circumstances, it actually costs me a little less to ship more weight—so I like to turn that into a win-win for both of us. While I always try to include extras, whenever it’s cheaper to send a heavier package, I’ll happily toss in anything within reach! So far, everyone has welcomed it with open arms, but I’m sure there will be that one customer someday who gets all worked up over getting too much free stuff, right? Haven't hit that yet, but if it happens, I'll send them a follow-up box full of free hugs and a sign that says "KEEP OFF MY YARD!" Surly they would love that gift. Sometimes, you just have to turn people upside down to remove their frown. Thanks again! (2026-07-12): Thanks for the review—I can get carried away sometimes with the free items, but I want to get my money’s worth for the shipping I pay for, and the only thing better than saving money is free stuff. (2026-07-12): Having great customers who support my hard work makes running this business a joy! (2026-07-04): Thanks so much, Phillip — I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. (2026-06-24): That makes total sense. Yeah, opening up a dental/mouth product from inventory is a bad call anyway since it ruins the item. Here is a direct, no-fluff reply that tells her how it is while still giving her a practical way to fix it: > "Hi Ellen, thanks for the review! I hate when manufacturers leave out clear steps. Since I source these as one-off closeout deals, I don't make the products or have a direct connection to the manufacturer—I just sell them at a discount. Because it's a mouth/dental product, I can't open up another one from stock to test it out for you, but I did some digging online to help you out. Check out this [quick assembly video link](https://www.amazon.com/live/video/022cd0afe6d34e1c80cebf2eed42f6ca) that shows how these types of nozzles attach. Hopefully, that gets it working for you! I will also shoot a quick email to you incase you don't see this reply - Chad ### ★★★★★ 我和查德交换了信息…… (2026-06-24): Hi David, I really appreciate the shout-out and your understanding about the manufacturer's defect. It's frustrating when things don't work out of the box, but I'll always make it right for my customers without making you jump through hoops.
