Their authentic kungfu tea sets are stunning, and the tea is divine. A perfect blend of tradition and quality. ### ★★★★★ Reliable Advertised Merchandise - Sloopy · 2026-03-27 · 已验证 Purchasing was straight forward and we received confirmation of order. Product shown/advertised was the same as product received. Merchandise received in reasonable shipping time. Good quality and workmanship. So far we have enjoyed using it (tea kettle). Cannot speak to durability as it hasn't been very long, but would be surprised if something negative arrises. Thank you. > 商家回复 (2026-03-28): Thank you for your recognition and support. The glass is nice and thick so you don’t burn your fingers (even if you grab it a little too low). The main feature on any fair cup is the spout. This one has a great spout. It pour so delicately and precisely that you won’t spill a drop! This has become one of my favorite fair cups. > 商家回复 (2025-11-03): Thank you so much for sharing your detailed experience and positive feedback. Bought a spouted cup - I had anticipated it would be larger than it was, so I won’t be able to use it as planned. Dimensions in the description would be nice. It is, however, a beautiful piece. > 商家回复 (2024-10-08): Thank you for sharing. Your detailed review will help more people, thank you. At the same time, I am sorry that the fairness cup is not as you imagined, because it is a handmade work, we can't achieve 100% standard. Every cup of tea has been repeatedly tested and tasted by us for more than a dozen times, in order to select a cup of good tea. At the same time, I am very, very happy that this cup of tea has brought you a happy mood! ### ★★★★★ OLD ROCK MUD ELECTRIC STOVE - Henrik Hvalby · 2024-05-16 · 已验证 Very happy about my purchase. We will continue to uphold the customer first service concept and provide you with better services. ### ★★★★★ Incredibly fresh - Jennifer Kahn · 2024-04-20 Incredibly fresh, excellent quality Chinese green teas! I’m in the US and have often ordered tea from Japan, but hadn’t found a place for great green teas in China. For my first order, I chose ten samples of spring green teas (clouds and mist, bi lo chun, anji golden tips, purple bamboo etc). They were spectacular. The leaves on the clouds and mist (Lushan Yunwu) were beautiful - long, delicately twisted - and unfurled beautifully in the gaiwan. The bi lo chun had wonderful notes of steamed artichoke. All were extremely fresh - as spring tea should be. Highly recommend! > 商家回复 (2024-04-21): Thank you for your recognition and affirmation. We will share as much authentic Chinese tea and culture as possible. I hope we can communicate and discuss more if we have the opportunity. Thanks again! ### ★★★★☆ Nice product - Dani · 2024-01-13 · 已验证 I like the product, although it could be a little more detail rich; hence only 4 stars. The quality seems well. In my opinion, the product is a little too expensive. However, in the end I am satisfied. > 商家回复 (2024-01-17): Thank you for your sharing and review. Your comments are very important to us, it will help us improve our products and provide better services. We are very grateful that you choose to use our products and will continue to work hard to provide you with the best quality. ### ★★☆☆☆ You have good offers on the web-site… - Valerii Steinmueller · 2023-12-29 · 已验证 You have good offers on the web-site (pictures and description). Unfortunately, a lot of information does not mean the quality of service. I ordered the set according to pictures and description, but received less. I will buy necessary to me kettle in other place. I did not receive any additional offer from your company. The side-handle pot. Thanks. Happy New Year! > 商家回复 (2023-12-29): First of all, thank you for taking the time to review and provide good suggestions. Sorry for the trouble this has caused you. At the same time, thank you very much for your support and help to us. Our colleague John has sent you several emails in a row to let you confirm which teapot you need, and we will give you one for free. But we haven't been able to get your confirmation. I don't know if the email was blocked by the spam mailbox. Since our backend staff did not use text to explain clearly, we will bear this mistake. We not only focus on customer experience, but also service, so we have contacted you repeatedly, but have not received a reply. If you can tell us, we will arrange to send it to you. The truth of the tea ceremony spirit gives us sincerity, sincerity in treating others, and sincerity in speaking. We are always learning and perfecting... "DEC 21: Hi Valerii, Thank you for sharing and following up. First of all, I apologize for the misunderstanding caused by our staff's mistakes. At the same time, thank you very much for your reminder, which allows us to describe the product more completely without causing misunderstanding. The kettle and tea stove are purchased separately, so there are 2 kettles and 2 tea stove options. This time, we will reissue a kettle to you because it was our work error. Do you want a side-handle pot? Or what about the tiliang pot? Secondly, we attach great importance to customer experience and integrity. This is our fundamental. Don’t worry about that. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. Best regards, John" "DEC 26: Hello Valerii, Hope everything goes well for you. How do you think about it? Best regards, John" The contents of the above two emails were shared with me by colleagues. Because we cannot paste screenshots here, we can only copy the email contents. We sincerely want to help you solve this matter, but we have not received a response from you. You can contact us using the live chat tool and we can share the screenshot details with you. Thank you for following up and sharing. We will send the side handle pot to you after New Year's Day and provide a tracking number. Have you received any email from our colleagues? Thank you for your support and understanding. Happy New Year and all the best to you! Thank you for your patience. The tracking number of the package is LV932582770CN. Wish you all the best. Have you received the side handle pot? How are you? Hope you had a great weekend. Have you received the package? We check the logistics information and it shows that you have signed for the package. ### ★★★★★ Great for brewing large leaf teas - Ardeth Kasahara · 2023-12-26 · 已验证 I loved the teapot; it is great for brewing large leaf teas that don't fit easily into most teapots. I also like the unexpected bit of gold on an otherwise rustic piece. I was sorry that the tea boiler I ordered was out of stock, but I was issued a refund and given a teacup with the teapot. > 商家回复 (2023-12-27): Thank you very much for your recognition and praise of our products. We will continue to be committed to providing high-quality products and services to meet your needs and expectations. Have a wonderful New Year and wish you and your family good health and all the best. --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/morimatea.com - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/morimatea.com - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
