Hi Christian, Thank you for your Orders(s). We appreciate each and every order and we will look to this to find a resolution. It is very important to Motocal that you receive your custom graphics, just as you order them! We can confirm we produced and shipped your order on the 11/03/2025 as per our normal business guidelines. As per normal we passed your custom order to one of our shipping partners. It appears the tracking link is no now longer updating correctly. This can be for many reasons but something we can easily resolve. Either way don’t worry we will make sure you get your graphics. Just to note, we offer two types of shipping services, slower & faster. With the slower service, occasionally deliveries can take longer than expected or experience unforeseen delays. With the faster service, it will be a far quicker and more dependable delivery service, but this costs more. We always recommend, where a certain & precise delivery window is very important, that you select the faster shipping option. For future issues you can contact us directly at [email protected] which is the fastest way to get any potential issue resolved. We will be in touch with you directly to resolve this issue asap. Many Thanks Mike
