Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience and apologize for any inconvenience caused. We make it a priority to respond to all customer inquiries promptly. However, upon reviewing your case, we noticed that your order was for a custom suit with personalized logos and specific measurements. As per our return/refund policy, which can be found here [https://motogpgears.us/return-policy/], we do not issue refunds or accept returns on custom orders due to their personalized nature. We understand this may be disappointing, and we truly regret any frustration this may have caused. To make up for the inconvenience, we would like to offer you a special 40% discount on your next order. We hope this gesture demonstrates our commitment to your satisfaction and encourages you to give us another chance to meet your expectations. Please write at [email protected] to avail this discount.

James Kennedy, we greatly appreciate your 5-star review. We kindly ask you to share your experience with your social circle to instill trust among your family and friends. Thank you!
