I was sent two pairs of shoes too small. With one facebook post i was proactively contacted by your representative and immediately offered two replacement pairs for five dollars. I accepted and without even having to return the first two pairs i have received the two new pairs and they both fit perfectly!! Awesome customer service!! Thank you.
I really love my Moving Steps walking shoes. They are so incredibly comfortable. It was all so easy to choose them and buy them. They are so good. Amazing not to have laces. Just slip them on and off. I don’t even need socks!

I had ordered and purchased a 2nd pair of shoes. The style was different so the size was not correct to my particular fit. Once pointed out and verified, Moving Steps immediately offered a full refund or a replacement. I opted for the replacement for the style I had originally purchased but a different colour. The emails and discussions were only positive and assistance to resolve my problem was simply amazing. Rather than return and incur additional cost, I was able to donate the shoes to a just cause, which I thought was phenomenal. I recommend the service and product anytime!!!

Really good, a little cheep in quality but so are the prices. They match. Really comfortable walking in. And I have severe pain in my back and pelvis. They are bouncy and soft. Gret customer service

Ordered over a month ago and still have not received my shoes. contacted customer service several times, and am told that they will get there logistics team will resolve this asap! and still nothing. will be dispute charges with my credit card company. Do not purchase from this company!!
Terrible quality. They reek of rubber from a mile away and are really uncomfortable. When I asked for refund they told me to send to Singapore knowing full well that the cost of tht will be more than I paid for the shoes.
I saw the shoes advertised an as I walk a lot I thought they would be a good purchase - I chose my size which is 8.5 - however the site didn't advise that was the US size which converts to UK size 7. I got in touch to arrange to return for a refund as I decided to purchase locally but in hearing I didn't want a replacement or partial refund they have stopped responding to my emails. I've now had to dispute the payment with my bank - not happy.
I ordered a pair in my regular size and they were too small. I brought this up with customer service and very generously they sent me a new pair in a bigger size and asked me to keep the old ones which have been donated so thanks for that. The massive shame is that these also don't fit. So will have to donate these as well as they are useless to me now. Just to note I am a size 8 UK Nike. First pair I ordered were 8.5 and the replacement was 9.5. the quality also is not great with these. After one walk some of the rubber lettering came off/ loose.

I bought a pair of these shoes and was really pleased with them, until 2 months later when the plastic that holds the laces split. I contacted the company and was told they do not offer a warranty and this is wear and tear. Had I had these for 6 months or more I probably may have accepted this but not after only 2 months. I would definitely not recommend these shoes while the company takes this position. Buyer beware
