For your first reward payout, additional steps like account verification (1-2 business days) and KYC (1-2 business days) are necessary to ensure everything is processed securely and properly. Your first reward payout request was made on a Friday, 12th April at 9:27pm (GMT+8), and all procedures were completed by Tuesday, 16th April at 9:09pm (GMT+8), which is within our estimate of 2-4 business days to process it, excluding the weekends. We want to assure you that this process is in place to protect all parties involved and is generally faster than the industry standard, where the average time can exceed 7 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we worked through these necessary steps, and we are committed to maintaining efficient and secure transactions for all future reward payouts.
