I went through 3 burs on 1 patient who needed IPRs in 9 interproximal areas. On top of that, I got charged additional $52.40 for import tax from FEDEX. The IPR bur is only around 0.2 mm thick, so it needs to be handled carefully, as excessive side pressure or bending can cause it to break. Under normal and proper usage, one IPR bur can be used for approximately 18 interproximal areas. Regarding the FedEx charge, this was an import tax collected by your local customs authorities and is not a charge imposed or retained by MR.BUR. They don’t tell you this until you get hit with a FedEx bill. Do not trust them. When we spoke to them on WhatsApp they gave us responses that were 87% AI. Better to order from your local rep. These Chinese burs also burn out fast. Nothing in strength compared to the other burs we use. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Overcharged with FedEX EXTRA PAYMENT. - Mark Hubenette · 2025-12-13 I got charged for the burs and when they got delivered, FedEX charged me 30.00 extra for International Tariff fee. Ehen I informed the company they told me not to worry and they would cover the extra 30.00. Had I known i would have never bought the burs. It was too late. i had already opened up the package. I paid the rextra amount tinking i would be reimbursed. I paid, and when I told the company, they told me they would reimburse me. They asked for the Invoice and I provided all the paperwork cfom FEDX. Then I was told information was not detailed enough. So basically they Enticed me to pay for the product and tarriffs . I thought I would be reimbursed but then they stated my paperwork was not good enough. I paid 250.00 for 6 burs. I will never use Mr Burs company again.
