During consultations, clients are informed that credit monitoring is required to track progress, and IdentityIQ is presented as an optional third-party service commonly used in the industry. Enrollment requires client authorization, and clients may cancel directly with the monitoring provider at any time. Any information shared during the onboarding process is used solely to review credit reports and explain the credit repair process. MSI cannot open accounts, change personal information, or take actions on behalf of clients without written authorization.
