Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re truly sorry to hear that the design of our Giclee product didn't match your expectations. We created our prints with the white border so that our customers could install them in widely-available, off-the-shelf frames to reduce the high cost of custom framing. Once installed in a frame, the white border is intended to give the look of a matted print without the cost of a matt. We understand that our standard product design does not appeal to everyone.

We’d really like the chance to make this right for you. If you return the prints to us, we’ll issue a full refund as soon as they arrive back at our studio. We will email the instructions to you shortly so that the return process can begin when you are ready.
