The software sometimes is working
I have been using StreamFab and MusicFab for quite a while. Overall the software sometimes is working, and sometimes not. Probably depend of... who knows... maybe weather.

I used to use Apple Music and Musicfab helped me save many albums from it. Recently I switched to Spotify and it still works well here! Surprise for me.
Audible stopped working
Audible stopped working. Allowed me to download 2 books then stopped working. Customer service is like a bot. They keep asking me to post logs. I do, but then the answer is scrub PC of musicfab. After doing so, it still doesn't work. Installed on new PC and was able to download a book then new error message. Customer service again like a bot, wants the log files. Been going back and forth for over a week. Waste of money, won't be renewing my subscription!

I love the software and it is a great asset to have if you are a music lover. I will say that Customer service doesn't get back to right away, but I love the product and it is a must have if you are a DJ.
Scam
Scam. Didnt receive any E-Mail, contacted the support and got no answer. I don't know how to reply so I edit my original comment: I wrote them again an E-Mail like suggested. Again no answer. I want my money back. [Update] Again I did not receive any E-Mail about this. But I get your advertising E-Mails so it should work. Please I want my money back. [Update] I did everything that was asked from me but nothing happened. It is a scam. Don't get fooled, people! Please spread the message and report it. Thank you.

Easy to use and great results
This company somehow always finds a way to make the download process simple and streamlined. It pulls the content down quickly, which is nice on a road trip when internet connectivity gets spotty. You can download an entire playlist at one time, which is very convenient. There doesn't appear to be any quality loss or other type of degradation either. Admittedly, the product itself is a little pricey. But with the level of support you receive, the quality of the music files, and the ease of use, it's easy to justify the cost. Plus, local content means you can save money on family plans!
