According to our records, your medication refill request was submitted on October 20, 2025. Within 16 minutes of you accessing the secure patient portal, the assigned provider sent a follow-up message requesting additional information. You responded initially, and the provider then sent a subsequent message seeking further clarification. Because our medication refill service is asynchronous, there are times when more details are required beyond the initial intake form. In certain cases, a video visit may be the most appropriate next step. In this instance, it appears that our last message in the portal did not receive a response. We understand you mentioned that “no one ever contacted me.” If this refers to contact by phone or email, please note that our primary communication channel is the secure patient portal, which ensures patient privacy and timely responses. Since there were no issues with portal access in your case, all communication was handled there. We pride ourselves on being responsive and committed to patient care, and we regret that your experience didn’t meet your expectations.
