We’re really glad to hear you’re happy with your jacket and the experience with Narson Leather. Your support means a lot and keeps us motivated to deliver the best quality and service every time. Ride safe and enjoy your gear! (2026-01-22): Hi Hani Esber, Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re really glad to hear you’re happy with your suit and the experience with Narson Leather. Your support means a lot and keeps us motivated to deliver the best quality and service every time. Ride safe and enjoy your gear! (2025-10-27): Hey Robert Andolsek, Thanks for sharing your feedback. We truly appreciate you taking the time to let us know. You’re right — this is a replica version of the Dainese Mike 3 Leather Jacket, not the original one. We understand your concern and will make sure to clearly mention this on our listings moving forward. Also, just to clarify, the US government applies a tariff tax on imported products, and since our jackets are made in Pakistan. We really value your input — it helps us improve and serve our customers better. Thanks again for your honesty and support. (2025-10-07): Dear Rex, We truly appreciate your feedback. Just to clarify — the jacket is made from genuine sheepskin leather, which is naturally lighter and softer than cowhide. The leather smell you noticed is completely normal for real leather and fades after some time in open air. Regarding your concern, we see that you’ve already opened a case with PayPal — they’ll review everything fairly, and if your claim is valid, you’ll get your refund directly through them. We also noticed your delivery was to a remote area, and the shipping payment wasn’t completed, but we still sent your order to ensure timely delivery. We respect your opinion and are always here to help if you need further assistance. Thanks! (2025-10-07): Hi Felix Radek, Thank you so much for your kind words! Ride safe and enjoy your gear! (2025-10-01): Hi Ziad Ahmed, Thank you so much for your kind words!
