Hi Justin, We are truly sorry your experience did not meet your expectations. We are always transparent and clear about the terms of any financing offered to our clients. Our EVP connected with you personally to address your concerns. We admit that strict SBA guidelines can be difficult. Sometimes on the surface during our initial pre-screen, everything looks great, but during a full underwrite, multiple factors can lead to an approval or decline. We offered alternative solutions, but we understand that you chose a different path. We remain ready to assist you in any way we can.
