Terms were disclosed to you prior to your signing your loan agreement. We’re sorry to hear that the solution we provided was not to your satisfaction. In reviewing your account, it does look like one of our renewal representatives has reached out to you several times over the last few months to manage the continued relationship we hope to have with you. We do not currently have a portal at this time, but our customer service team is happy to help with any request you may have.
