如果客户请求取消，适当的响应是处理取消，而不是推迟取消，直到客户提供原因。取消完成后寻求反馈是完全合理的，但将其作为先决条件则不然。

更糟糕的是，在我回复之后，我再也没有收到玛雅或其他任何人的回复。尽管我一个月前发送的电子邮件也没有收到任何回复，但一个对时间敏感的请求已经过去了一个多工作日。

然后我尝试联系母公司健康营养集团有限责任公司。他们的电话系统指示呼叫者留下姓名和电子邮件地址（尽管没有电话号码），但录音实际上从未提供留言的机会。通话就这样结束了。

问题不再是订阅本身。问题在于取消流程不允许客户自行取消、未回复的电子邮件、无法正常工作的电话系统以及在处理时间敏感的计费请求时完全缺乏紧迫感。本来应该是简单的两分钟取消，却变成了不必要的、令人沮丧的磨难。
