In communication with them they will not address my concerns directly. They have provided a new tracking number of another shipment but that looks to continue to be weeks away yet they will not support my request for refund as the product if it does arrive well after my need for it. I wish I would have done more research on this company before ordering as there looks to be a history of this behavior.
