Customer Service is shocking. If you don't like the product or it's too big or too small and wish to return it there is no clear returns page or information. Once you finally find the information you are told you have to pay for the return to Hong Kong out of your pocket. If it is a Quality issue they will lead you round in circles and argue with you that you are wrong about the quality or whatever your concern was. They seem to refuse to take accountability for poor quality. They then seem to block you on WhatsApp when you ask for the link to their review page. So unless you are 100% sure of the product and quality, and I can assure you the quality of the cardigans are not worth £5 let alone £30+ they charge, i wouldn't waist your time with this 'shop'. > 商家回复 (2026-10-24): Dear Customer, We are sorry that you remain dissatisfied. At the beginning, you stated that you wanted to return it due to a color difference. Our customer service colleague asked you to provide photos, which you did. In your own words, you said: “It’s got a green tint to it. It’s not beige like advertised.” For this item, we only offer one color option: yellow. There is no “green version,” and there was no possibility of a mixed-color production issue. After checking the photos and confirming multiple times, our team explained to you repeatedly that the sweater was not green. Under these circumstances, it is simply inaccurate to claim that our staff were unwilling to help. On the contrary, the issue was reviewed and explained to you more than once. Second, regarding your statement about being blocked on WhatsApp: this is also incorrect. Our WhatsApp team is a VIP customer service team. We have never blocked customers in the past, we do not do so now, and there would be no reason for us to do so in the future. What happened is that our team had already responded to your concerns regarding the item color in detail, and there was no further information to add beyond what had already been clearly explained. If your concern is actually related to size or fit, rather than color, then please measure the garment length and shoulder width of the item and send the measurements to support@nerdywave.com or our WhatsApp support. We will review the case based on the actual measurements and assist you accordingly. We are willing to resolve real issues, but we must also be clear when public claims do not match the facts.
