Average learning but they main problem is their reliance on overseas instructors mainly from India and their use of Microsoft Teams for deployment - no Webex or Zoom without a hassle from their sales staff which by the way are real aggressive and will hardly ever call back unless its to sell you. The facilitator lacked platform competency, instructional design skills, and basic classroom management. The platform itself failed to support learners, with broken labs and inaccessible assignments.
