Customer support was very smooth and easy to contact.

Customer service is great

Customer service is great, clothing is on the smaller size. Which is the only downside but great quality material

Always Reliable

The products are quality and even for a 6’6 Giant such as myself the products fit pretty well and true to size. I have ordered 3+ times and have not needed to make a single return! I highly recommend!

Merch and Customer Service

Love the hoodie I bought, however it ended up being too small. The support team wasted no time in helping fix my order and was very friendly.

Great support team

I screwed up an order that I made by getting a size too small. I contacted the support tean to get the right size almost immediately. Not only was it 11 o clock at night, but I got a response within 24 hours of my order. The lady from support also responded within an hour. Great products and even better team.

Great support team and customer service

There is nothing I would have to complain about. Ordering and delivery was quick and easy. However, I ordered a jacket that was too small. Contacting the support team was also quick and easy. I was surprised at how uncomplicated and accommodating the process was offered to me. Communication was quick and very customer friendly. Both the order and the subsequent support is excellent. Nevstudio is a jewel in today's service desert!
