So, service was good? Security was good? Car was not damaged or touched? You give us 1 star because YOU did not do your homework and just drove in and paid our "walk in" price. It is our highest price. If you went to the airport without a reservation, you would have paid $70 a day! Could have paid a lot less with a little research! Also, you get what you pay for. Could have parked at one of the crappy lots and paid $12 a day! They had 4 cars stolen over the Christmas weekend!! YOU'RE WELCOME!

OK. Sorry for what you perceive as poor service, but you really need to understand how it works. You are supposed to be out at the PU area ready to go WHEN you call. You are not the only customers we have. While sitting and waiting for you, other customers are waiting to be picked up at other terminals. Our driver does not know who and where you are. Also, the scheduled return time you gave us was 7pm. You got in at 1am. This is, I am sure, because of bad weather and delayed flights. How do we schedule when you're 5 or 6 hours late?? Are you THE ONLY customer they were picking up! They do not know the difference between you and another customer that they picked up. They assume they picked up the customer who called because they should be outside waiting and ready to go. They then move on to pick up other customers who are waiting, late and tired and wanting to get home also!
