### ★☆☆☆☆ Very bad quality tools
- Unhappy · 2026-09-16

Very bad quality tools, which can be outright dangerous. light plastic covers to protect from steel sawblades, just aren´t going to work. Also no response from customerservice, through email, facebook and whatsapp, so effectively non-existent. Not forgetting the website which is blocked by Norton, as it is deemed dangerous. Not a company I would purchase from again.

Bought an item from their webpage it never came said it was lost in the post. I asked for a refund but nothing was returned.

I would not buy anything from them again

### ★☆☆☆☆ ⚠️ DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER – DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NO REFUND, NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT ⚠️
- Sim · 2026-06-24

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER!

The cordless pruning shears were defective immediately after unpacking. The device made abnormal rattling and crackling noises from the gearbox and now no longer works at all.

Despite clear evidence, I only received a partial refund, which I never agreed to. A full refund was promised several times but never completed. No free return label was ever provided.

Instead, I was sent back and forth for weeks between the seller, AliExpress, and PayPal. I was expected to pay the return shipping costs myself and send an already defective product back to China at my own expense.

Very poor customer service, no fair solution, and an extremely frustrating process. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this seller.

### ★★★★★ Great value tools, fast deliverymer…
- Colin Skinner · 2025-06-19

Ordered a chainsaw and a grass trimmer — honestly wasn’t expecting much for the price, but both turned out to be solid bits of kit. Delivery took 4 days, which is quicker than I expected. Everything was well packaged and arrived in good shape.

Not a big brand, but if you're after tools that do the job without breaking the bank, worth giving them a go. Will definitely be back for more.

### ★★★★☆ A useful tool

I think the chainsaw is easy to assemble and the performance is good.
