The delivery was super fast and the cosplay shown on the site it’s exactly like the one it arrived. The only little problem is that I asked for an XL and when I opened the package I found out that everything was an XL, except for the top part, which was a 2XL. But it wasn’t a big trouble, it’s easy to fix. Overall experience 4☆.
Awesome
Arrived earlier than scheduled. Nice quality for the price. Looks exactly like the photos.
My answer to lazy reply below:
My answer to this reply below: Dear customer I am very sorry if I have given you a bad shopping experience. Because the size of the XS jacket and the size S you ordered were combined (XS=S), the jacket was sent to you in size S. This was not explained in advance, which is our problem. This was not explained in advance, which is our problem, so we will refund the price of the jacket. The size was only one size larger and the outfit was very different and did not fit you well? Regarding the delay, the two products you ordered at that time take time to prepare and are not shipped within 24 hours. Answer: Your explanation makes no sense. I got a jacket in size S and the jumpsuit in M. The items were shipped separately from China, which I tracked. So, how exactly are you going to give me my full refund? Or was this just a lazy attempt to make your shop look good?

Cordialement
