Kenneth, This is an international overseas transit issue. I'm disappointed you did not reach out to me directly first to let me review your order, and tracking first before notifying us with a one star review. This is frustrating but not uncommon delays due to USPS and the many international hops involved. There is no guarantee from them in transit time outside of the US unfortunately. We have checked and the package is still in transit, it will arrive late but it will arrive. Please give the package some extra time to land in the final destination. We can see it has landed in the finally country of Malaysia. You should have the USPS tracking number attached to this email for your reference. You can use this to keep an eye on it, and I will do so as well. In the future using UPS, DHL, or FedEx for international shipping is highly recommended. USPS • LB483677901US Once again I'm extremely sorry for the inconvenience. We shipped your order as fast as humanly possible. But the international carriers and logistics in some countries can pose significant delays outside of NERC's control. Please review our shipping policy: https://newenglandrc.us/policies/shipping-policy April 24 - 12:24am order received April 24 - 4:43pm order given to the post office Sincerely, Paul Lesogor Owner of New England RC
