### ★★☆☆☆ I ordered a 1b50 but recieved like a 1b65
- Michael M · 2025-04-13

I ordered a 1b 50. Salt and pepper got ALL salt. Complained not enough pepper like the picture. Said the hair was wetted down that’s why the grey wasn’t showing. What? Why wet it down? So now stuck on a switch and bait. So I ordered a 1b40. They stopped DHL package after getting my money. Had to call my bank when they didn’t refund me.

I had tried many places to find a piece that gave me confidence, but I hadn't found it until I came across Newtoupee and Lisa's assistance. I highly recommend it.

I have been ordering from them regularly, and I can confidently say that I am a loyal customer because of their exceptional quality and outstanding service. Their hair systems are top-notch, always meeting my expectations in terms of durability and natural appearance. The customer service is also excellent—responsive, professional, and always willing to help. I highly recommend their products and services 100%!

### ★☆☆☆☆ Awful
- Mark · 2024-10-31

I bought a system from them. The product arrived one month later than expected and not in good condition. Their website says I am entitled to a refund but they refused to comply with terms and conditions. I will never buy from them again and you should be aware…

### ★☆☆☆☆ Parcel never received
- Johanwoods · 2024-10-29

I bought a wig from them but they never delivered. The seller agent is not replying to my messages nor emails. I believe it’s a scam
