No phone number no customer service just scammers they took my money I’m April and my order never arrived!!! No refund, nothing at all. Scam ### ★★★★☆ Delivery time was long - Carole Robinson · 2026-06-20 ### ★★★☆☆ Does not clean as shown in videos - Shirley Mullenbach · 2026-06-18 Does not clean as shown in videos. Struggled to get mud marks off after 3 events. And they are not tablets but sheets of soap, the same as I get for dropping in the loo for daily clean. ### ★★★★★ Goods arrived in excellent condition… - Margaret Hunter · 2026-06-09 Goods arrived in excellent condition and am very pleased with them. I haven't tried them yet as been busy but they seem to be good quality and very reasonably priced. ### ★★★★★ Regular Updates - Marion J · 2026-05-29 Regular updates on the progress of my order were very helpful. ### ★★★★★ Fit for purpose. - Sheelagh Corbett · 2026-05-27 Came on promised delivery date. Thank you ### ★☆☆☆☆ Don it buy from this company. - Emma · 2026-04-11 I placed an order with this company on the 20th January for some reading glasses. I’ve chased the item many times. I’ve been told by them on 6 occasions (luckily they do reply with a generic response) to be patient. I’ve asked several time just for my money back, which currently they are refusing to do. Case raised with PayPal. Do not buy from them. They take your money and you don’t ever see your product. ### ★☆☆☆☆ DO NOT USE - Miss B Jonez · 2026-03-28 DO NOT USE Glasses never arrived - waited 3 months nothing Refuse to give me a refund Con Artists ### ★☆☆☆☆ Terrible…..avoid - Bex Beales · 2026-03-21 Terrible…..avoid! The company is responding to my emails but will not refund me as they said the glasses have been sent out, and once in transit, no refund is available. Total scam ### ★☆☆☆☆ Do not buy from this company - Cat · 2026-03-12 Do not buy from this company. Ordered some glasses in January and they have not arrived. I chased the company who said they have resent my order on 2nd March but still no tracking details sent. I have requested a refund. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Avoid! - Julie Reynolds · 2026-03-09 Avoid!! They take your money and do not deliver! I am still waiting for reading glasses ordered nearly 3 months ago which they are now saying they will resend!!! 1 star is too high, this company should be shut down as every review no matter what you order is the same. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Avoid avoid avoid at all costs - Hannah · 2026-03-06 Avoid avoid avoid at all costs. 7 weeks later and no item received , just kept getting tracking emails , then nothing. Will have to dispute with PayPal which will take another few months ### ★☆☆☆☆ Do not use this rip off company they… - Miss uphill · 2026-03-04 Do not use this rip off company they take your money and don’t deliver I have waited over a month - tracking stopped and they have not proved my glasses - just look at the reviews avoid at all costs ### ★☆☆☆☆ Avoid this rip off company - Disgusted · 2026-02-18 Avoid this rip off company They aren’t what they say they are Eve tried to take more money of me until pay pal stepped in ### ★☆☆☆☆ *****Avoid this company***** - Andrew ward · 2022-07-27 *****Avoid this company***** I purchased two pairs of reading glasses. Took weeks to arrive (from China). Supposed to be bifocal but only good for reading. Supposed to be really tough. Advert showed them being hammered, bent etc. arms on both of these snapped off despite not even being bent. Absolute rubbish. Emailed them, twice. Excuse after excuse, offered £5 refund to keep. I wish I had looked at the other reviews before purchasing. Don’t make the same mistake as me. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Useless Item, Suspect Scam and Questionable Parent Company - Richard · 2022-07-26 Bought a 'Faux Fence'. Delivered several weeks later and the 'fence' panel barely covered my laptop. Not per pictures or video of the item being sold. Immediately wanted to return, was told the return has to go to their China address at my own cost. This is against UK online selling laws. Upon investigating the parent company, Landbase Trading Co Ltd, they are filing dormant account status at Companies House and also charging VAT on their sales when not VAT registered. --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/newtoyic.com - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/newtoyic.com - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
