To clarify, the majority of our courses already include voiceover at no additional cost. For a few lower-priced programs, voiceover is offered as an optional add-on so we can keep the base course price as affordable as possible for students who are comfortable reading the lessons. That said, we are actively reviewing whether we can include voiceover more broadly in all programs in the future. Regarding certificates, completion certificates are processed and sent daily. Our system displays when and how the certificate will be delivered throughout the student journey, beginning when the student first enters the course, so students can see what to expect before they complete it. Depending on when a course is completed, students typically receive the certificate the same day or by the following day at the latest. Priority processing is available only as an optional service for students who need the certificate immediately. We do not require students to pay extra to receive a digital certificate, and unlike many schools, we do not mail certificates and make students wait weeks for delivery. Having said that, if this is how the process felt to you, then we clearly could have communicated it better.
