Hi Mawada, My name is Bryan, I'm a part of the team at savealife.com. Thank you for certifying with us. We appreciate your review regarding your experience. After reviewing your feedback, I wanted to reach out to help. You rated us 3 out of 5 stars but spoke very highly of us in your review. It seems that you rated us 3 (Average) instead of 5 stars (excellent). We know that sometimes the rating systems aren't too clear, so we provided some guidance below. Our customer reviews are very important to us, and we hope you will be willing to revise and update your review based on your experience. Star Rating system: 5 stars - Excellent 4 stars - Great 3 stars - Average 2 stars - Poor 1 star - Bad If you would like to edit your review, all you need to do is log in to Trustpilot and access "My Reviews" to edit your review.
