I ordered a couple pairs of boots by mistake and they refunded my money promptly when I contacted them. Very pleased. ### ★★★★★ Beautiful Boots - Sandra · 2026-10-12 The search details are great, it made the process of my search easy, budget-friendly, great payment options, and I love the free shipping! The boots look absolutely fabulous and I can't wait for them to arrive. ### ★★★★★ I ordered a purple pair of sandals size… - April Mackey · 2026-10-07 I ordered a purple pair of sandals size seven. I usually order a half size up in heels. They arrived quite quickly. Only thing is they were a little tight across the toe area. I asked for an exchange of a different pair because the particular style wasn’t going to work with my wide feet. They asked for pictures and I sent them. They suggested size up to an eight. I didn’t want to do that so they didn’t allow me to exchange for a different pair of shoes that I liked and keep the purple pair. I am thankful I didn’t have to go through the hassle of sending them back. So I’m now just waiting for my new pair. Great customer service. ### ★★★★☆ First time purchasing from Nice Pair - Vanessa Jasso · 2026-09-24 First time purchasing from Nice Pair. The checkout process was fast and easy. Can’t wait for my purchase to arrive! ### ★★★★★ Five Stars for Nicepairs ⭐🌟🌟🌟⭐ - Malika Julien · 2026-09-22 Fantastic experience! As someone who actively looks for high-quality vegan products, I knew exactly which shoe I was after. I purchased the Black Vegan Leather Block Heel Oxfords, and the site's presentation was incredibly helpful. Sometimes it's hard to judge material online, but the photos on Nicepairs were highly accurate and showed off a truly great-looking shoe. The style is exactly what I wanted, and the quality looks fantastic. ### ★☆☆☆☆ I ordered a pair of shoes thinking I am… - chaseymom · 2026-09-21 I ordered a pair of shoes thinking I am placing an order with a legit website. When I received the shipping info from China I became alarmed and emailed them and they confirmed that they are not the original brand but they "make each pair". I received another notification that the shoes were delivered. The problem is, it never was. I was home the entire day - no delivery. I attempted to check the shipping and the message stated that since it was international - I have to contact the shipper. The shipper's info is not bringing up anything on the package. China got me this time. Stole my money and America's intellectual property. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS SITE. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Do not trust this company - Melinda Gonzalez · 2026-09-16 Do not trust this company! I had to submit a fraudulent case with Chase on them because they never delivered my merchandise! Do not buy from them ever! ### ★★★★★ A fabulous selection - Urla · 2026-09-15 A fabulous selection, and so many shoes to choose from! Great prices, too. ### ★☆☆☆☆ I ordered these the same looking shoes… - Alice Sheehan · 2026-09-11 I ordered these the same looking shoes from Dillards. Nicepairs were horrible quality. I’m hoping the same will be true for the shipping, fit and feel of the boot itself. ### ★☆☆☆☆ This web a item is a scam - R H · 2026-08-22 This web a item is a scam. They will not accept returns. Instead, they trying to get you to keep scrappy, cheap shoes, and give you a partial refund. No matter how many times you tell them you want a refund, they push back with trying to give you only partial refund! ### ★★★★★ I found the boot i was looking for - Toni · 2026-08-21 I found the boot i was looking for ### ★★★★★ My daughter in law steered me to your… - customer arb Stevenson · 2026-08-20 My daughter in law steered me to your site when I was looking for a specific pair of boots which proved to be too expensive. I found a similar pair at your site that was much less costly and in a new and different color. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Horrible cheap knock offs - Ute Lehmann · 2026-08-13 Scam! They stole photos from the Allbirds website for these cowboy boots I paid $150 for. When they finally arrived from China weeks later, I thought I was being punked. I received a plastic pair of cheap knock offs that were totally different in shape and color. Never even tried them on they looked so ridiculous. Immediately opened a misrepresentation case through PayPal. ### ★★★★★ Help you get exactly what you need - Revital Chavel · 2026-07-23 I have really small feet, so the wide range of foot sizes and ability to customize is so nice. And the customer service team could not have been more helpful answering my questions, explaining the options, and accommodating me to make sure I got exactly what I needed! If you're okay with the styles varying a little from the photos (as it usually does with manufacturers), FOWT Shoes is a high quality, customizable, affordable option - highly recommend. ### ★★★★☆ Difficult to purchase - Cheri Wisler · 2026-07-19 I had a difficult time trying to purchase the boots. When it finally went through it placed two orders at the same time. I did email the person. Have not heard anything back as of yet. ### ★★★★★ The first pair of shoes came damaged I… - Tia · 2026-07-19 The first pair of shoes came damaged I contacted them with my concerns about sizing and damage! The price wasn't even much less than the actual authentic brand. --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/nicepairs.com - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/nicepairs.com - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
