Although I’ve been pleased with the - customer · 2026-10-23 Although I’ve been pleased with the products, I’m having trouble with my most recent order. It’s 29 days since it’s been shipped and it still hasn’t arrived. It’s never taken this long. They started using Speedx for the last distance of delivery. Even though i used the cheapest delivery, I’ve always gotten my packages between 14-18 days. Hopefully i’ll get it by Christmas 🙄 ### ★★★★★ The prices and quality are excellent! - RINCON VINTAGE · 2026-10-23 The prices and quality are excellent! I choose Nihao because, unlike other Chinese shopping apps, they have a local warehouse in Mexico, so everything arrives within 3 days. The delivery is super fast! A beautiful find and a purchase I’m so happy with! 🤎 ### ★☆☆☆☆ Ordered 49pcs and arrived with 100% issues. - JM Montales · 2026-10-19 Ordered 49pcs. of watch faces ( no strap) for my small handmade jewelry business but all 49pcs.watch are plenty of scratches at the back..aside from that 50% of them are damaged, has cracks, dirt inside the dial, faded grayish metal coating..look came from a thrift store! I open dispute but so slow... as black friday is coming i want my money back to buy some supplies needed in making jewelry but refund is slower than a snail. 1st time ordering and this happened. For those planning to order in this company I recommend buy sample only an amount of money you can accept to be disappear in the air, because ordering bulk and arrived damaged or have issues gives you headache and stop your business rolling if you are a small business owner like me. Update: DO NOT EVER TRY TO ORDER HERE. THEY COMPLETED THE DISPUTE AND SEND THE REFUND AS CREDIT TO USE FOR FUTURE PURCHASE, LIKE WTF I AM NOT GOING TO ORDER AGAIN AND I WANT TO RETURN AND REFUND. ALSO THEY ONLY OFFER 20% REFUND FEOM THE TOTAL DAMAGED ITEMS. THIS IS NOT ALIGNED TO EU CONSUMER LAW. > 商家回复 (2026-10-20): We're sorry that your experience fell short of your expectations. We take your concerns about product quality and the refund process seriously. Our sales team has already contacted you and will continue to follow up to help resolve the matter. Thank you for your feedback and patience. ### ★★★★★ I’m very happy with my order - Saghar Ebrahimi · 2026-10-19 I’m very happy with my order!
