And yet they had no problem taking my money. ** Update: A customer service rep FINALLY answered my message on WhatsApp after they saw this review. They are offering me a partial refund if I agree to take this review down. A partial refund for an order I STILL have not received. I have opened a dispute on their site. Which is a complete joke. They are refusing to refund my money, telling me that my order has been at a customs facility for three weeks now, No order. No money. And no help at all from "customer service." Last Update: They are claiming my package was deliverered, which it was not. They are asking that my bank dispute be reversed and are offing a 50% refund on the SHIPPING. I spent over $200 and they want me to cancel my bank disupute to get $30 back on shipping.
