Thank you for taking the time for your feedback. Standard orders are processed and shipped via Fed Ex Ground within 3 business days, not including weekends and holidays. We did advise you that we were not able to ship both of your orders the next day but we did offer you an Air shipment option which you did declined. However, we did ship out both of your orders before the three business days. We value your business, and would like to continue our business relationship. In regards to your missing item we did receive your email and we did advise you to please contact us through phone to further and to better assist you. However, we have nothing in our phone system concerning this matter. If you have not reached out to us yet please we highly recommend doing.
