The website is German, but they ship everything via Shenzhen. If you order something, it says it will be shipped within 3 days. I am more than 6 days later and don't even have an update or a track and trace number. The seller says "I'll do a fast shipment" but won't show any proof. He is just making a fool of you. If I were you, I would never order from this website. It is a scam.

I bought a gift for my sponsor child, checked out the tracking of the package and it said it was returned to sender without never reaching my address or local pickup place. I ask customer service "Please see print screens below, what happened here and what do we now do? Why did Norway return this package without it ending up at our agreed upon location??" and inserted print screens.

Answer was "Won’t you be home on April 1st? Is your address correct?". Its quite obvious that they just try to answer mails as quickly as possible without reading them. 

I answer them back "Your package is returned to the sender" - It won't matter if I'm home or if the address isn't correct (both I have sorted), but you have to sort out why I don't get the package from your carrier...

Then I just the answer:
"The logistics company just informed us that your package was destroyed because customs duties were not paid. Norway is not part of the EU, so customers are required to pay the applicable duties."

Informed them back: "Norway participates in the EU’s internal market through the EEA Agreement allowing for the free movement of goods, services, capital, and people.

I bought a package from you guys that you said you could deliver to my address. This is not my fault; I haven't received any information from you nor customs. 

Are you saying that I will never get the product I bought from you or any form for compensation? Can you please give me some real explaining answers instead of your one-two sentence answers?".

This company won't survive for long... Don't by anything from these guys!

They charged me for fast shipping from Germany. 3-6 day. It arrived 25 days later from China. When I asked for compensation for the delay, they avoid the question and lies about when it is shipped. No money back for the extra fee for fast shipping either. The cable seems to work fine after 4 chargings.

Received what i payed for but inverter is defective. Everything shipped from china not Germany. Support useless. They yust find excuses not to send replacment part. DONT BUY FROM THEM if you dont wont to get scamed!!!
