California and Arizona Ravelco

Thank you Lawrence! Our entire focus is to prevent theft and we love these testimonials! God bless you.

Mark, you were told several times that there was no fee, but for some reason, you decided to stick with the idea there was. *We were very clear that there was no fee.* We told you that BEFORE you were scheduled and anyone showed up. The price was the advertised price and only sales tax was on top of that. You are not being truthful. Below was the "Initial" email where the fee was brought up, and we showed you the different ways the fee could be avoided. You even asked about a different location. In the end, we were coming to Tucson already, SO THERE WAS NO FEE, as was one of the options clearly given to you below: Mark wrote: Closer to us? Where would that be? If your willing to drive in a little bit closer to us we can avoid a trip fee. Usually, the trip fee is $100. If we come to you to do 1 vehicle only. We can arrange a location where you can meet us to avoid that fee. If we have other installations in your area we don't charge the fee. Please give me a call if you have any questions. I'm happy to help you. Thanks again. Samantha Simpson From: Samantha To: iowa.agpilot Good morning Mark, Sam here with California and Arizona Ravelco. The price is $799.95 plus tax, installation is included in the price. We come to you to do the installation, its takes about 2 hours. Please feel free to call me directly if you have any questions or would like me place your order and get you scheduled, I'm happy to help you. Thanks so much. Sam Good morning guys. Just curious what install price would be in a Ford F350 in the Casa Grande AZ area. I see that the unit would cost $800 but wondered what it costs to have it installed. Thanks. Mark Noe

Hi Jonathan, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed account of your experience. While I’m truly glad to hear you remain confident in the Ravelco product itself and would choose it again, I’m disappointed to learn that the installation experience left you frustrated. That is never the outcome we want for anyone who trusts us with their vehicle. Although we cannot discuss specific details publicly, I do want to clarify a few important points for future customers reading this: • Every Ravelco installation follows a strict, documented standard. Our installers do not “rush” work—each installation takes the time required to ensure the device performs exactly as engineered. • No part of your vehicle was ever left unsafe, incomplete, or at risk. We verified the installation was performed correctly and to Ravelco factory specifications. • We addressed your concerns immediately. You were offered on-site support, a review of the work, and a discount as a gesture of goodwill—even though the installation met all required standards. At Ravelco, we take great pride in our workmanship, our professionalism, and our commitment to doing things right. Thousands of customers across California and Arizona have trusted us to protect their vehicles, and we treat that responsibility very seriously. Still, your feedback matters. We’re always working to improve communication and the customer experience, and your comments help us do that. If you would like to discuss anything further or if there is anything more we can do for you, please reach out to me directly at any time. Thank you again for choosing Ravelco. — Rich B.
