Received our "Reading Book" (world history timeline) and the condition was horrible! There was no protection for the product and no way to connect to the company to state our dissatisfaction. Won't be using them again Have plenty of photos of the mess we received but no place to send them

I'm very happy with the items. They are to be Christmas Presents. They took quite a while from order to delivery but I am very pleased with them

Delivery took a long time and items very small.

Delivery took a long time. Colours of my items were lovely, however way to small….I ordered XL for both items (a size or two larger than I am)….They are of no use to me 😔

I ordered 2 items and they were delivered to some reception desk in another city in a state that is 452 miles away from me. I double check my order confirmation and my correct address was listed on the order confirmation. The company is refusing to refund or reship my items, I have provided screenshots of both my order confirmation and the delivery confirmation showing completely different delivery locations. Id give zero stars if i could. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! YOU WONT GET YOUR ITEMS!!!

I am not satisfied with the quality of the item. The fabric is not the quality I expected, and the dress does not appear to be well sewn or properly finished. There is also an issue with the sizing. I ordered a size 8/10 to make sure the dress would fit comfortably, even though I normally wear a size 6. However, the dress I received appears to be much smaller than the size I ordered and does not fit properly. For these reasons, I would like to return the dress for a full refund. I requested a prepaid return shipping label along with the instructions for returning the item. But It was denied - and I was even offered a $ 3 - instead !!!! what do you think my experience is so far?

The crocheted kit I purchased from them arrived with an inadequate amount of yarn to complete the pattern, also the instructions were very hard to understand and incomplete making it impossible to create the project. A refund was requested but denied by them leaving me stuck with a useless project.

The dislike was it took almost 3 week…

The dislike was it took almost 3 week to be shipped to me from China. And the bottle was so small.

I bought an item and it would not work. I contacted the cs nookvey company, and they offered me $4.21 back and to keep the item. I paid $28.73 then I asked if I could return it and just get a full refund, they then wanted me to pay postage I said no your item does not work I should not be out of pocket at all now I don't hear from them I would never recommend this company to anyone selling damaged items. It should not be allowed

Quality Company

Easy to work with, fast and speedy delivery and the suspenders are as described. If I was DickClark, I'd say "It's got a good beat, you can dance to it, I'd give it a '10'. "
