Hi Mark, very surprised to see this. Looks like you placed your order on a Thursday night and we attempted to call you to let you know that Saturday wouldn’t be possible this time around because of some missing items. Had your order come in just 12 hours sooner we probably could have made it happen. Looks like your 4th order but you’re only sharing this experience with a review. That’s too bad. Based on all of our reviews you can see that we are fully committed to our customers and I’m sorry that we didn’t meet your expectations this time around. Nordic Catch

客户服务非常出色。 朱利安超出常规地加快了我的订单。 我会把这次体验评为五颗星，但和牛鱼片并没有完全冷冻（它们是从不到 100 英里外运来的，我支付了升级的包装以保持它们冷冻），而且切割的质量似乎与我购买的其他产品不相上下（平心而论，其他产品的图片都很完美，就像你们广告中的照片一样）。
