- Adam Huzien · 2026-07-24 ·

(2026-07-26): Adam, twelve orders and the whole family on it. Thank you, sincerely.

Glad you felt the shipping difference. We moved warehouses because of our growth over the last few months and we're back on the East Coast. Orders in before 4:00 p.m. Eastern ship the same day.

Now the detangling, because you landed on the thing I'm proudest of. The conditioning agent we use is called AminoSensyl HC, an amino lipid derived from plant amino acids and brassica. It carries a positive charge, so it binds to the hair where it's most damaged, lays the cuticle flat, and cuts the friction between strands. That's the comb-through you're feeling after the shower, and it's why it works on your daughters' hair as well as yours! (:
What's notable is what it replaces. Most conditioners, salon lines included, get their slip from quats and silicones. Effective and cheap, but not plant derived and not biodegradable. AminoSensyl is 100% naturally derived, COSMOS approved and readily biodegradable!

Customers flagged the detangling before we ever claimed it, so we're putting the formula through combability testing to back it with data. Reviews like yours are why.

Grateful to have your family with us.

Steven

- Kayla Ortiz · 2026-07-22

(2026-07-24): Hello Kayla, this is Steven with Noun Naturals. We take feedback like this seriously, so we looked into it right away. After a thorough search of our records, we're unable to locate any order under your name or any order shipping to Finland that matches your details. We want to understand what happened here and make it right, so please reach out to us at admin@nounnaturals.com with your order number so we can look into this and take care of you as soon as possible.

Kind regards,
Steven

(2026-07-26): Rich, I'm very grateful for your review, and for giving the texture powder a shot.

We're taking the hold feedback seriously. We're looking at how to increase hold without adding any grittiness, and at making the formula more concentrated so you get more out of less product.

And since you've tried the texture powder, our sea salt spray is right up your alley. It's built for exactly that kind of hair, and it's launching soon. I can't wait for you to try it, and I think you're going to love it.

- Naomi Anderson · 2026-07-04

(2026-07-26): Hi Naomi, we're truly sorry about the delay and the frustration it caused, this isn't the experience we want anyone to have with Noun Naturals. Our records show Jared from our team connected with you in early July to resolve this and offered a store credit for the trouble. If there's anything still outstanding or you need further help, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly , we'll make it right. Thank you for your patience.

(2026-07-13): Hello Mark, According to our records, you placed an order on June 16th, 2026 at 10:59 PM and followed up one minute later via email requesting to cancel your order, as it was created by mistake. Without hesitation, we cancelled your order, as we do not want to ship any orders to customers who have accidentally made a purchase on our website. Upon cancellation, you were informed that refunds take between 10 to 14 business days to be processed through Shopify back to your original payment method. Please reach out to admin@nounnaturals.com if there are any questions or concerns.
Kind regards,

- Daniel Aviles · 2026-06-16

(2026-06-22): Daniel, this means everything to us! 🙌 So glad the shampoo and conditioner have been hitting for you and that our team made the experience a great one. We'd love for you to try more of the lineup when you're ready. Appreciate the kind words and the 5 stars!

- kostantinos triantafilu · 2026-06-11

(2026-06-15): Hey Kostantinos! Glad the Texture Powder is giving the results you're looking for. Additionally thank you for sticking wtih me as we fixed the shipping delays. Be on the lookout, Sea Salt Spray will be out this summer!

- Hyunmin Baek · 2026-06-10

(2026-06-10): This means a lot to read. I’m really glad the shampoo and conditioner stood out to you, especially the lather since that’s something we worked hard to get right while keeping the formula natural.

I also want to sincerely apologize for the long wait. Three months is far from the experience we want anyone to have. We’ve been improving our fulfillment and logistics so customers can receive their orders much faster moving forward.

I appreciate your patience and I’m glad the products were worth it once they arrived.

- Daniel Simon Kafie · 2026-06-10

(2026-06-15): So happy the Shampoo is doing its job Daniel! Thank you for supporting Noun!

- K Martinez · 2026-06-10

(2026-06-12): Hey Kayden, as we spoke on the support chat, it's important to stay consistent and remember that results won't happen right away. Additionally, the constant change of styling products won't help, remember keep following your routine and stay consistent 💪

- Tung tung · 2026-06-09

(2026-06-09): This was really powerful to read. Hearing that Noun helped both you and your mom that much genuinely means a lot. Helping with dry scalp, getting a clean lather, and making the scalp feel properly cleansed is exactly what we built this shampoo for.

We’re really glad you were able to restock and get Noun back in your routine. Thanks for trusting us and sharing your experience.

- Ryan Gach · 2026-06-07

(2026-06-09): Hi Ryan,

Thank you for the 5-star review and for sticking with us.

We're glad to hear it was worth the wait. During that period, we experienced unusually high demand and temporarily sold out, which led to longer fulfillment times than we'd like. Since then, we've resolved those inventory challenges and orders are now shipping without those delays.

We appreciate your support and hope you continue enjoying your Noun Naturals products.

(2026-06-09): Hi Andrew,

Thank you for the incredible review. We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the Shampoo, Conditioner, and Texture Powder, and that they exceeded your expectations.

We also appreciate your patience regarding the shipping delay. At the time, we experienced an unexpected surge in demand that temporarily extended fulfillment times. The good news is that those issues have been resolved, and we're now back to our standard shipping timelines of 3-5 business days within the US and 7-14 business days for most international orders.

As a thank you for your patience, we'd love to offer you a $30 store credit. Just reach out to our support team with your order details and we'll get that taken care of for you.

Thanks again for your support and for giving Noun Naturals a try.

(2026-05-26): Appreaciate it Isaac! Thank you for the kind words and im glad the shampoo and conditioner is keeping your frizz controlled!!
