I’ve looked into your case with our customer support team, and it seems they were still working on resolving your issue when your review was posted. From my understanding: Your order renewed automatically. Before reaching out to us, you disputed the charge with your bank (we would have been happy to process a refund directly). Because of the dispute, we were unable to issue a refund at that time. Your subscription remained active and renewed again, but we refunded this charge as soon as you contacted us. I completely understand how frustrating this situation must have been. While your review may have come before we had the chance to resolve everything, we’ve taken your feedback seriously and have updated our process—going forward, any disputed orders will have their subscriptions automatically canceled to prevent similar issues. We’re always working to create the best experience for our customers, and we truly value transparency and fairness when it comes to refunds and subscription renewals. Our goal is always to ensure our customers feel supported, and I’m sorry if that wasn’t the experience you had. Please let me know if there’s anything else I can do to help.
