### ★☆☆☆☆ Pet grooming tool SCAM
- stacy sivak · 2026-08-07

Ordered a pet grooming tool and it took over a month and kept watching tracking which suddenly stopped updating so I emailed to check on it. They “updated the tracking” to now say it was delivered on a specific date. We have Ring cameras and I could verify it was never delivered. Went back n forth several times with them keep repeating that it was delivered! I stated I wanted a refund or the product sent immediately with them just saying it was delivered. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! I HAVE VIDEO PROOF IT NEVER CAME ANYTIME AROUND THE DATE THEY STATED!!

### ★★★★☆ Great knife... long delivery window!
- Marc Carmosino · 2026-07-03

I was disappointed in the length of delivery time... almost 8 weeks from the time of placing my order. Also, I belive my order was to come with a FREE pairing knife and it was not included? Overall, I love my new knife and the craftsmanship! Thank you!
