I ordered what appeared to be a beautiful top, described as "sequinned". When it arrived there wasn't a sequin to be seen and the material is stiff, cheap and horribly creased. It is unwearable. The company have offered a 10% refund or full refund IF I return it, which will cost more than the purchase price. You can't leave a review on their website either. They didn't contact me to let me know it was out of stock. I had to contact them. They asked if I wanted to swap the dress for another item. I shared a replacement, and then I got an email asking me to return my item, and they can then send out this dress. I am not sure if their CS team is AI but you never get a response and nothing makes sense. I have been refunded for one of the dresses but have sent 12 emails trying to get a refund for the second dress. It's been such a horrendous experience.
