The product arrived, but it is defective. I reached out to Noyafa for support via their web site and email, but did not get any responses. They do not have a support phone number. You have to understand some basic physics to use this kind of tool and the user guide is fairly basic. In my case the cable was shielded (which is very common) and applying the trace signal to the neutral or live wire is useless since it is then within the shielding. Applying the trace signal to the ground/shielding of the cable did the trick and when i dug in the ground i hit the cable dead on. They don't respond, and I haven't even received the device. They don't even try to solve the logistics problem. Don't buy it. The company doesn't deliver. The manual says there should be certain features available which are not. When I made the initial purchase I was looking to buy a lot more hardware but now knowing the company, I decided against as I wanted to see what they were like. Glad I didn't buy more now as I'd have been quite a bit out of pocket. Emailed support and they have not got back to me.
