The company were unhelpful. A refund was impossible to get. I would advise people to NOT use this company. A 1 rating is too high but could not choose 0 star! Extremely disappointed and angry. ### ★☆☆☆☆ I finally got what I thought were… - Margarett Maltby · 2026-09-02 I finally got what I thought were Christmas decorations. What arrived were plastic balls with cut out paper of Christmas scene. Nothing like what is advertised. Don’t waste your time or money on this ### ★☆☆☆☆ AVOID AT SLL COSTS - Jane Bagshaw · 2026-08-19 I ordered some oversized glasses from this company but when they arrived they were normal size. I v asked to return them but was told it would cost me more than I paid for the glasses. Avoid this company at all costs. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. ### ★☆☆☆☆ AVOID THIS COMPANY - Martine Lunn · 2026-08-14 The item advertised as 12 in x 12 in arrived and almost half the size. Offered a 10% refund all I wanted was the correct item sending. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, it’s all a scam cheap small items. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Ordered the hydrangea plant - CAROLE BATCHELOR · 2026-08-14 Ordered the hydrangea plant. It looked amazing, full and bright. The lady pulls the plant from the packaging and out pops a magnificent plant. In reality what they don't tell you is, you need to order multiple stems. My order was just one stem! Now having problems, offered me 15% now 20%. I just want a full refund. Please don't use them ### ★☆☆☆☆ My advice NEVER EVER - karen short · 2026-08-13 My advice NEVER EVER , EVER buy off this site it doesn’t deserve the one star but you have to tick to activate it , it’s a 0 star what you see is not what you order or pay for !!!!!!!!!! I should have looked into it more , it needs to be removed off instagram ASAP ### ★☆☆☆☆ I would leave a zero rating if it were… - CAROLE BATCHELOR · 2026-08-12 I would leave a zero rating if it were possible. Hydrangea plant ordered, looked beautiful in the promotion. When it arrived it is just one stem. I have contacted them several times and had no response at all. Please don't use them, disgusting service ### ★☆☆☆☆ Plug & play - HD star projector - Gail · 2026-08-08 If I could leave a zero review on this item, I would. Please do NOT waste any money purchasing this item. It really isn't what is advertised. On attempting to obtain a refund, I am required to pay costs which exced the items value. Disappointed doesn't really cover my experience with the purchase, item ir customer service received. ### ★☆☆☆☆ I ordered the fairy kit ,it took 4… - Shirley Blyth · 2026-06-30 I ordered the fairy kit ,it took 4 weeks to arrive and is nothing like what was advertised, I cannot even contact them emails will not send ,absolutely disgusting, ### ★☆☆☆☆ Disappointed waste of money- I ordered… - Cheryl Cloke · 2026-06-27 Disappointed waste of money- I ordered a croquet bag not what is advertised on your website ( this is machine made) sent email to complain and receive a reply apologies and would send a replacement ( did send them a picture of what is on there website and what I received- the replacement arrived today no better same as before- don't waste your money - sell what you advertised ### ★☆☆☆☆ Rubbish - Sophie AC · 2026-06-21 Rubbish, bag arrived but no flower or tassle attachment, so looked very cheap, and the metal clasps showing too much. I asked them to send the attachments but they can’t, and I can’t send it back as it’s in china….its a massive scam, do NOT buy ### ★☆☆☆☆ I would put zero stars if there was the… - Angela · 2026-06-19 I would put zero stars if there was the option. After finally receiving my item (four weeks) and repeatedly chasing the bag finally arrived. It was for my grown up daughters birthday. The bag was supposed to be a hand crocheted bucket bag. What came was absolutely nothing as described or illustrated online. Not only was it machine made it was oblong. The fastening was placed in the wrong directions. Absolutely terribly made. Not cheap either. I emailed and emailed and emailed. To be offered 10% of my money back and keep the defected item!! Then 20% and keep the defective item. Then if I pay for the return and I haven't opened the inside packaging and it's resaleable then I could have a refund. Absolutely disgusting service. Hence to say an absolute scam. I wouldn't even give it to charity!!!! ### ★☆☆☆☆ DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE - A E · 2026-06-17 DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! I ordered the ‘Handmade Crochet Bag’ and when it was delivered it was absolutely nothing like the picture on the website! I emailed for a refund and they have categorically told me there is nothing wrong with the product I received and that if I was to return it, the cost to me would be $20 or alternatively they told me to keep it and give it to someone in need!!!! I saw this advert via Facebook, but I know if they are contacted they will not do anything about these awful scammers!! Whatever you do, tell everyone not to buy anything from these dishonest people! ### ★☆☆☆☆ Handmade Crochet Bag - Quality Terrible… - Suzanne Gibbard · 2026-06-14 The picture is clearly of a product made by another company which they have copied badly. The bag is nothing like the quality indicated, there is no badge just a cheap clasp and the strap and bag are not anything like the quality or thickness of the bag shown. A complete ripoff and when emailed to complained, have made it so onerous that you will get nowhere. Their guarantee of 30 days is worthless. Do not buy ### ★☆☆☆☆ This is a very dishonest company - Ali · 2026-06-05 This is a very dishonest company. The product I purchased bore no resemblance to what I purchased and the best they could offer was 15% refund. When I replied to say I'd accept it because they'd completely ignored the fact that it was in fact not even the right original product, I then got an error message wouldn't send response ### ★☆☆☆☆ Ordered a tote bag which was pictured… - Christine White · 2026-06-03 Ordered a tote bag which was pictured lovely, when it arrived it was in tiny packaging so the bag was all screwed up and creased. It was in pieces, you put it together yourself. The stud fastener didn’t work and a metal name tag was missing. I emailed them about returning and they haven’t replied. 😡 ### ★☆☆☆☆ The product was tiny compared to the… - Liz Allen · 2026-05-30 The product was tiny compared to the advert. Extremely disappointed. They were bought for special birthday presents. They will be returned. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Just received my order of three pairs… - Deborah McLaren · 2026-05-19 Just received my order of three pairs of reading glasses. They are nothing like the advertisement, very small and colourless. The ones in the picture looked big and bold and the colours really stood out. Please check reviews first which is something I forgot to do. ### ★☆☆☆☆ This is a scam - Melanie Alford · 2026-05-14 This is a scam. Please don’t order from this company. They are rubbish. Ordered 2 bags, one of which was a birthday present. Have now read the reviews and have made a massive mistake. Buyer beware. £44.00 spent. Why do they get away with it. FB has a lot to answer for. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. Would report to the police😡 ### ★☆☆☆☆ I am still awaiting a dress i ordered… - MARGARET · 2026-03-07 I am still awaiting a dress i ordered fed up with being scammed by american companies excuse oh it is on its way i asked for money back now no answer --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/obabylove.com - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/obabylove.com - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
