Received box but no software. I had to file a PayPal dispute to get a refund. Luckily PayPal cam through and refunded my money. Now I am receiving threatening emails to send them back the money. They even sent me a link to a business they left a terrible review on. The best part is they picked a business I don't own and am not affiliated with. They also tried to post my personal information and got that wrong too. Beware and don't do business with them. ### ★★★★★ OBD16.com is changed as obd16shop.com - BellaCai-OBD Center · 2022-02-25 OBD16.com is changed as obd16shop.com Please notice this! if any more ideas please contact us freely Thanks Bella ### ★☆☆☆☆ Dont waste your time or money on their… - RsJohnny FixIt · 2020-10-12 Dont waste your time or money on their so called products. Sent vcx nano clone style first time, did not work correctly. Paid another $120 second time for a full chip style pcb , they sent photos and promised it would work. Sent another vcx style single chip board. Then said it was a mistake and i should return it at my cost over $100 to send back to china. Complete fraud and they know what they are doing. Very difficult to get money back, i am out over $240 now. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Candi module GM - James Merryman · 2016-10-20 I had a Candi module that worked for about a month then it quit and would not boot up .Now remember i worked with this Tech 2 since it came in the 90,s They e-mail me back and say its not for gm trucks.Really how much knowledge does this person have about the product? ### ★★★★★ Very good service - Patrice RpmDiagnostiques · 2014-10-31 They ship very fast if problem they give you good informtion ### ★★★★★ Excellent company and fantastic service - Evie · 2014-08-21 very friendly and helpful to deal with.Nothing is a problem with them and anything you order is dispatched very quickly. ### ★★★★★ outstanding service - Carel Engelbrecht · 2014-08-20 will recommend them cause they got excellent service and after sales service. ### ★★★★★ very nice service, nice cooperation, keep it up - Rafael keyprogtools.eu · 2014-08-16 a lot of equipment and a very good price good product and fast delivery very nice service, nice cooperation, keep it up ### ★★★★★ excellent site for diagnostics and keys - MALTECH · 2014-06-11 I have been using eobd for years and always arrived promplty ### ★★★★★ One of a kind source! - Bogly · 2014-06-10 I knew what I wanted but was unable to find it available online UNTIL I found OBD16.com.
