The vase was too big so the stems stood sloppily in the vase. Although the individual stems were pretty, the arrangement was disappointing. We intentionally leave the stems a little longer so they can be trimmed upon arrival and then recut every few days, which helps the flowers continue taking in water and can extend the life of the bouquet. Depending on how much is trimmed, the flowers can sit quite differently in the vase. That said, we understand how disappointing it is when the finished arrangement doesn’t look the way you expected, and we appreciate you sharing the feedback with us.
