Dear MancoomSw, Thank you for your review and for bringing this to our attention. We are very sorry to hear that your experience with our Priority option did not meet your expectations and that the service took much longer than it should have. The level of service you described, particularly the delay in completion and the number of games played, is not the standard we aim to provide. We sincerely apologize for the frustration this caused. We take feedback like this very seriously. We will be reviewing this specific case and our general procedures for Priority orders to ensure our boosters are meeting the required pace and commitment. We would appreciate the opportunity to look into your specific order and make things right. Could you please contact our support team directly via email at [email protected] or through our website with your order number? This will allow us to investigate the matter thoroughly and find a suitable resolution for you. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our services.

Xanny

Should've probably just throw the policies in your face in this case and not refund anything, kind of insane how some people expect an apology when being told that a threat about a review won't make me apologize for letting you wait at the season start, which I had told you BEFORE you placed the order and during it as well. Should've placed the order without any specifications if you'd like a faster service. Please look for another website who'd like to deal with a customer like yours, I won't apologize for standing my ground. 🤡 PS; The customer isn't always right, people like you kind of rephrased this quote to fit yourself.

FAKE REVIEW ALERT 🚨 This is a FAKE review. Similar false reviews are being posted across the industry, likely by a competitor. If there was any legitimate experience behind these claims, we would always offer a refund or resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we are currently waiting for Trustpilot to investigate and take action on these fraudulent reviews. Thanks for your understanding! The OdinBoost Team
