I received a fingertip oximeter with instructions that are too small to read. A complete rip off. I will stop payment. ### ★☆☆☆☆ “0” star review… - Renee McCurry · 2026-10-13 If I could give them a “0” star review I would! Total scam…do not buy from this website. I ordered a cute linen dress from them and when it arrived, it was a completely different material. Like polyester and the fit is so ugly. Do not waste your money. They say there is a refund option but they will not refund. They just keep offering 10% back and then 15% when I said no I want the full refund. I’m still fighting to get my money back from 1 month ago. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Olddshop will not respond to emails. Olddshop will not allow returns unless shipping damage or a mistake they made. - Sheila streets · 2026-10-09 I ordered two sweaters on 09/12/2027. I went by the size chart and ordered on a size smaller than I normally wear. Two weeks later they arrived. I tried them on and they were too big for me. I sent emails to olddshop for over a month and no response. I finally received an email today stating I could not return them for being to big. It took me getting my bank involved to even get an answer. ### ★☆☆☆☆ They are also scamming under olldstore. - Michael · 2026-10-03 They are also scamming under olldstore. They advertise 70% off $125.99 shoes at $59.99. Do the math... They throw these scams up and assume the the US buyers are too stupid to do the math. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Avoid This Site! - Betsy Johnston · 2026-09-22 Do not order from this site. I received a confirmation but never received my order. I sent an email to their ‘customer service’ with no response. PayPal investigated and I was able to get a refund. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Olddshop is fraudshop - Bonnie Smith · 2026-09-22 Honesty is missing.customer service is missing.their refund policy changes so that's missing too. Shop amazon only is a slogan I'm in agreement with. ### ★☆☆☆☆ STAY AWAY SCAMMERS ORDERED THR DENIM… - Donna Pashley · 2026-09-11 STAY AWAY SCAMMERS ORDERED THR DENIM JACKET A 3x ARRIVED LOOKS LIJE IT MIGHT FIT A 7 year old …..material is so cheap they DO NOT RESPOND! STAY AWAY SHOP AMAZON ONLY! ### ★☆☆☆☆ The only thing that went right is that… - Dana Smith · 2026-09-10 The only thing that went right is that the package arrived after ( before shipping) I asked them to cancel the order. Sizing was poor and inaccurate. Embroidery was completely missing. Bad experience overall. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Swindlers - Joanne B · 2026-07-19 I placed an order on June 14th and paid for express shipping. I have never received the product. ### ★☆☆☆☆ What a bate and switch site - Leo Jelinek · 2026-07-18 What a bate and switch site. They talk about customer service but provides none. Shoes don’t fit, too bad. Buy another pair! No thanks. They are a fraudulent site. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Bait and switch - Susan Steinberg · 2026-07-17 Ordered April 24, received 3rd week of June. The product received was not the product advertised. The ads go to great length to show the quilted baskets. What I received was made of canvas, no quilting. As canvas bags go, they would be fine, but that is not what is advertised. The responses I got lead me to believe it’s AI, not specific to my actual complaint. Would not use them again! ### ★☆☆☆☆ I ordered from them June 2026 they took… - Kathy · 2026-07-05 I ordered from them June 2026 they took my money and didn't send my merchandise I ordered ### ★☆☆☆☆ WARNING! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! - Victoria Won · 2026-07-01 WARNING!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are a rip-off. Their customer service is terrible, and their products are a joke. I was shocked when I received my "quilted" laundry basket, and when I asked for a refund and did everything they asked of me, they refused to refund my money. I won't even bother to donate the items, they are that bad. Be warned.... ### ★☆☆☆☆ DO NOT USE THIS SITE!! - Debby · 2026-06-28 DO NOT USE THIS SITE! They sent me a poor replica of the shirt I ordered. Terrible material, stuck on ornamentations, not embroidered as shown, very cheaply made. Try to get a refund……don’t hold your breath. This web site is a scam run by a company in China. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING NO MATTER HOW GOOD IT LOOKS ON LINE THAT IS NOT WHAT YOU WILL GET. THEY SHOULD BE SHUTDOWN! ### ★☆☆☆☆ I ordered their outdoor hiking shoes in… - Gary Mueller · 2026-06-26 I ordered their outdoor hiking shoes in size 15. When they arrived they were too small. They don’t offer a size 16, so I asked how do I return them. Their customer service said because international shipping is expensive they could not accept my return. I’ve never had a size 15 be too small and the no returns policy is just pure BS. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Hanging solar bird fountain does not work - Patricia Bock · 2026-05-29 Ordered hanging solar bird fountain. It was shipped from China and received it with no instructions on how to assemble it. Also no info on return policy. I put it together by looking at a photo online. Needless to say it does NOT work. This vendor is unreliable and no one should order from them. I paid $38 including shipping and have since found it for half that price with other reliable sources. This vendor is a scam. ### ★☆☆☆☆ I ordered the Vintage Bookworm Quilted… - Bonnie Lee · 2026-05-22 I ordered the Vintage Bookworm Quilted Tote Bag GFTONL5215. In the picture the bag was beautiful. I read a lot so I decided to buy myself a gift. The bag arrived about 2 weeks ago. We were out of town. Anyway I was shocked when I opened the package. The picture in the bag looks the same but the bag is not quilted which changes the appearance quite a bit. I have been unable to find out who I am to contact. I did call my credit card company and the are launching a dispute and are crediting my account the amount charged. The package gave me no information to help with this problem. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Bait and switch - Paul Erickson · 2026-05-19 Order two pairs of “orthopedic” shoes size 11.5W. Took weeks to get here but received very poorly made shoes that were way to small. ### ★★☆☆☆ I ordered 2 quilted handbags and a… - Deb Higgins · 2026-05-19 I ordered 2 quilted handbags and a quilted clothes basket. None of these item were hand quilted as represented on the website. The quilting you see is actually a picture of quilting. The 3D effect is the only impressive part of the product. The inside of the bags are a thin plastic material that will tear easily, not the cotton backing advertised. I did contact customer service about a shipping date as it was over a week from ordering and I did not get a date. They responded timely with information that a date would be provided once the shipping process started. I did get a tracking number in a few days from their email. The order came from China and took a couple of weeks. The tracker was up to date and accurate. So customer service as much as I used it was very responsive. My review is based on the bait and switch tactic of this company, and I do not recommend them. I should also mention the since I order from them I am seeing ads for the exact products from at least four other companies, so beware and do your do diligence. My mistake was getting the advertisement pushed to me from an online game I have played for the last 6 years. I assumed they vetted their advertisers they put on their site. Sadly this is not true. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Poor quality - nancy thompson · 2026-05-12 Poor quality. Service was very slow. But the sandals are extremely poor quality. Cheap materials and workmanship. Definitely not worth the price. --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/olddshop.com - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/olddshop.com - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
