客户服务 由于客户服务经验，我不会再次订购。我的装饰品在交付时损坏了，虽然最终给我寄来了替换品，但整个过程花了两个多月的时间。我没有意识到最初回复的客户服务代理是人工智能，我按照它指示的步骤进行操作。结果人工智能只是说团队正在审查索赔，而没有实际提出索赔。直到我要求现场人员才解决我的问题，他们太粗鲁了！此人告诉我，我不在更换窗口范围内，应该遵循该物品收到的说明。我相信我收到替换品的唯一原因是我保留了与人工智能的通信，表明我在收到损坏的装饰品后一天内就联系了他们，而且我很坚持。

Hello Jaime, I'm sorry that it took so long to receive your replacement. It appears that your replacement order was done and there was a glitch in the order processing. The order was never transferred all the way to our fulfillment center which did cause the delay. Unfortunately this does it happen but it was caught when we run a report on our unfulfilled orders. Again, we apologize for the delay in receiving the replacement. Thank you, OWC
