Hi Armelle! Thank you for taking the time to leave an honest review. We absolutely understand that heat is one of the biggest foe of a high quality extra virgin olive oil. However, it takes weeks and months at excessively high temperatures to affect the oil. This is why our warehouse is temperature controlled, and why we recommend that our customers store their oils away from light and heat, so the oil stays at its best. Sending your order in a hot delivery truck for a few hours while your package is out for delivery, or even as your package travels across country, is not nearly enough time for the oil's flavors to be affected, even when we're in the dead of summer. We will be following up with you soon to go into further detail about this. Sincerely, Katie and the Olive Oil Lovers Team
