Like others, I've requested a refund which is not with me a month later and the company is not replying to emails. I cancelled my order when I realised their products were on Amazon for a fraction of the price. I can only assume this site is a scam. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Hoodie with horribly print! - Testerin · 2026-06-04 I bought a hoodie with a printed design. The print was horribly distorted—nothing like the product photo at all. I requested either a replacement hoodie or a refund. My email was answered with a note stating that the matter was being reviewed and that they would get back to me. They never did. I wrote a second time, but received no response. In the meantime, the 7-day return window had, of course, expired. According to the terms and conditions on their website, returns are no longer possible after that point. Very clever! My advice: Do *not* buy from them! They keep sending this automated email saying they will answer in 3 business days but they never do. All the sizes are extremely small so sadly nothing fits and this was a Christmas gift of a one piece fan so we're very disappointed. I simply wanted to exchange for bigger and return some pieces that are low quality. For an order of 65$ for a hoodie and a t-shirt, I would expect average to good quality products but no, the fabric of the hoodie is super thin and the prints feel like plastic.
